Shipping 

All orders are shipped via USPS from our warehouses located in the United States.

*Items from the same order may be shipped separately.

All orders over $40 qualify for Free Shipping. For Free Shipping to be applied to your order, please make sure that your order sub-total (before taxes) is over the $40 minimum. Order sub-totals are calculated after any applied coupons or discounts. Add an extra band to your order and get your Free Shipping!

Your order’s shipping status may not update for a few days at a time. No worries - it is completely normal for the tracking status to stay the same for a few days.

Shipping time is in addition to warehouse processing time.


Returns 

Our return policy is valid for 14 days after the delivery date. If you request a return and it has been more than 14 days from the day your order was delivered, we cannot approve your return request.

If you receive a damaged item upon delivery, or if we sent you an incorrect item by mistake, please contact our Customer Support Team at support@tikihaven.com and we will send you out a replacement ASAP! Please include your name, order number, and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item you received.

At this time, we’re unable to refund items that do not fit. Please be sure to check the applicable size charts before ordering. For your convenience, all size charts are meticulously checked for complete accuracy. If there is a sizing discrepancy, please let us know.

Prior to placing your order, please double-check that you have chosen the correct band width for your specific watch model. If you are unsure, please refer to your watch model info (typically found on the back of your watch), or your watch manual.

If you have a return request for any reason not listed, please contact support@tikihaven.com and include your name, order number, and any details and/or pictures regarding the reason for your requested return. Our Customer Support Team will then contact you if your return is approved, or if further information is needed. We are always happy to help! 

Return Requirements:

Returned items must be unused and in the same condition and packaging you received it in, with any and all tags attached.

**Please do NOT send your item(s) back to the warehouse directly. Unfortunately, we’re unable to process returns that are sent back this way.

Refunds 

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of your refund approval.

Refunds are credited to the original method of payment. Most refunds are received within 2-7 business days.

Return shipping costs are non-refundable, and will be deducted from the original order amount.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund, first double-check your account statement for the original payment method used.

Then contact your bank or credit card company, as there is often a specified processing time before they may post the refund to your statement.
